Return and Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

At ZV Botanics, we take great care in packaging and shipping our plants. Because plants are perishable, live goods and shipping conditions are outside of our control, all sales are final.

No Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not accept returns for any reason.

  • We do not offer refunds for any reason.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Heat Packs and Insulation (Buyer Responsibility)

Plants can be damaged by cold or heat exposure during transit. If your local temperatures may require protection, it is the buyer’s responsibility to request and purchase insulation and/or heat packs (when available) before the order ships.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You have checked your local forecast and shipping conditions.

  • You understand that temperature-related damage is a risk during shipping.

  • You are responsible for requesting any seasonal shipping protection you want added.

Shipping Risk / Live Plant Disclaimer

After your package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Damage due to weather/temperature exposure

  • Damage due to failure to request insulation/heat packs
