Return and Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

At ZV Botanics, we take great care in packaging and shipping our plants. Because plants are perishable, live goods and shipping conditions are outside of our control, all sales are final.

No Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not accept returns for any reason.

  • We do not offer refunds for any reason.

  • You can cancel any time before your plant is pulled and packed. After that it is final.

Plant Care

Each listing states what that plant needs. Plants kept outside those conditions are not covered. Nothing is: all sales are final.

Heat Packs and Insulation (Buyer Responsibility)

Plants can be damaged by cold or heat exposure during transit. If your local temperatures may require protection, it is the buyer’s responsibility to choose insulation and/or heat packs in the cart before checking out.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You have checked your local forecast and shipping conditions.

  • You understand that temperature-related damage is a risk during shipping.

  • You choose any seasonal shipping protection in the cart, and whatever you choose is what goes in the box.

Shipping Risk / Live Plant Disclaimer

After your package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Damage due to weather/temperature exposure

  • Damage due to declining insulation/heat packs in the cart
