At ZV Botanics, we strive to ensure your plants are delivered to you safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
Shipping Rates and Methods
We offer shipping across the contiguous United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. Available shipping options and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking can be used to monitor the delivery status of your order.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging plants to help them arrive in good condition. Packaging may include (when appropriate):
Secure wrapping and stabilization to reduce movement during transit.
Seasonal protection such as insulation and/or heat packs (only if requested/purchased, when available).
Buyer Responsibility (Weather / Heat Packs / Insulation)
Live plants are sensitive to temperature. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor their local forecast and request/purchase insulation and/or heat packs (when available) prior to shipment. Orders shipped without requested seasonal protection are shipped at the buyer’s risk.
Delivery Issues (Delays, Lost Packages, Theft)
If your order appears delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, contact ZV Botanics and we will provide whatever information we can to help you file a claim or locate the package.
Please note: once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delays, loss, theft, and misdelivery are outside of our control.
Damaged Plants
Because all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds, please review our Return and Refund Policy (All Sales Final) for the governing terms related to plant condition and shipping risk.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Local Pickup
We may offer local pickup in the Hickory, NC area depending on availability. Select the pickup option at checkout (if shown) and contact us to arrange a pickup time and location.
